Solid choice with some drawbacks

For the past three years, I’ve used Bluehost for my personal blog and small business website. Overall, I’m happy with the service, but there are a few areas where they could improve. The uptime is generally good, but I’ve experienced a few instances of downtime that were frustrating. Additionally, their customer support can be hit or miss – sometimes they’re very helpful, but other times it takes a while to get a response.
